1. The Privilege to Use this free Book Exchange Website Is Granted to Any User by Us ("the Owners of Exchange") Only If the User Agrees to All of the Following and all appliable terms in this agreement:

• The intended use of the user is legitimate and legal.
• The intended use of the user is not to injure another person and business.
• The user agrees to take and consume all risks from inaccurate results.
• The user agrees to assume all risks from network errors and interruptions.

6. Use of the Online Exchange at Your Own Risks

This is a free book exchange site for all students at all grades for all school campuses, the owners of this website is not a party to any purchase and sale transactions. It is impossible for the owners to monitor, verify, validate, and approve any of the claims on any of the items listed on this website. The user who is a buyer must exercise due care in all transactions as if the user was buying an item from a flee market.

7. You shall not

• list books which infringes another person's copyright and IP right;
• upload copyrighted materials for sales or distribution without owner's permission;
• buy something which obviously infringes the IP right of another person;
• engage in any activities that violate state and federal laws;
• violate any state and federal laws, third party rights, or our policies concerning Prohibited items;
• list anything if you are not able to form legally binding contracts due to mental or physical conditions, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from our site;
• enter transaction without intent to pay to the seller at the agreed price.
• fail to deliver payment for items purchased by you, unless the seller has materially changed the item's description or payment terms after you purchase, a material typographical error has been made by the seller, or you cannot authenticate the seller's identity and payment address;
• fail to deliver items purchased from you unless the buyer fails to meet the posted terms, or you cannot authenticate the buyer's identity;
• post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information);
• take any action that may undermine the review score system and use the score for purposes unrelated to this site
• transfer your exchange account and User ID to another party;
• publish spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
• upload viruses or anything that may harm the site or the interests or property of the users;
• copy, modify, or distribute content from the site for unauthorized use;
• collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent;
• list stolen goods of any kind or goods with unknown origins.

8.Our Right to Terminate Improper Use

It is not guaranteed that this site is always available for use. We expressly reserve our right to terminate the use by placing a block if we finds, at our sole discretion, that the use appears to be a burden to our server (repetitive action of virus), illegal, criminal, tortious, or improper. 15. Software Conflicts

We are not responsible for software incompatibility if our site does not work in a particular environment containing conflicting software. The solution to such a problem is to remove or change software programs that cause the conflict.

16. No Agency Between You and the Us

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

17. Notice
